Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. For all services including Biohazard or Crime Scene Clean Up, Odor Removal, and Property Clean Up, a signed service agreement and access to the site are required prior to the start of work. Emergency response requests are prioritized based on severity and availability. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
